Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using MEXAMIX (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
MEXAMIX provides software for DJs and event entertainers to manage clients, quotes, contracts, event portals, live booth tools, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan (Starter, Pro, Elite), trial status, and any add-ons.
3. Accounts & trials
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. New accounts may receive a limited free trial of higher-tier features. Trials are limited to one per device/browser fingerprint. Abuse (multiple accounts to obtain additional trials) may result in suspension.
4. Plans, billing & add-ons
Paid plans and optional add-ons (including paid guestbook retention after the included storage window) are priced in USD unless stated otherwise. Launch pricing may change. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in feature limits or suspension.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you and your guests upload (messages, media, event details). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for obtaining rights to music metadata, media, and personal data you collect from clients and guests, and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
6. Guestbook & storage
Guestbook media is subject to plan quotas and retention limits (including automatic freeze or deletion after the included retention period unless you purchase continued storage for that event). We may remove content that is illegal, abusive, or that threatens the security or cost integrity of the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the Service, probe systems without authorization, upload malware, harass others, infringe IP rights, or use the Service for unlawful events or spam.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect delivery of guest requests, or outcomes of your bookings. Client payments between you and your customers are your responsibility unless we explicitly provide payment processing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEXAMIX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, bookings, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
